All orders originate in Hong Kong - Yiwu, where the company delivers smiles to over 160 countries. To ensure timely delivery worldwide, Sunglass Eyewear® utilizes domestic and international distribution centers.


Shipping processing times
DOMESTIC: It typically takes our team 10-25 business days to professionally prepare domestic orders for shipment. We ask that you allow additional days in transit due to national holidays, inclement weather, postal strikes or other events beyond Sunglass Eyewear®'s control.

INTERNATIONAL: Due to delays in global logistics, international shipping times may exceed what is described below.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or call once your order is being prepared for shipment with your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48-72 hours of receiving the email. (Excludes holidays) If you have not received an order tracking update within 4 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our Customer Service team.


Customs and Duties on International Orders
Sunglass Eyewear® assumes no responsibility for customs duties and taxes on international orders. Sunglass Eyewear® can reimburse verified customs or duty fees imposed on the customer by the destination country upon arrival of your order. Please contact our customer service team if you have incurred such fees or taxes.


About damage:
Sunglass Eyewear® will replace packaging that is damaged during the shipping process. If you received a product that did not work due to shipping damage, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.


Lost or Stolen Orders
Sunglass Eyewear® is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been properly delivered by mail. The company does not refund or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by mail and are reported as lost or stolen. Sunglass Eyewear® may, at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit if a replacement is required.
